Team headshots at your office

On-Site Corporate Headshots in Edmonton

Your team shouldn't have to book a studio, drive across town and fight for parking just to update a profile photo. I come to your office instead. I bring a portable backdrop and lights, set up in a meeting room, and photograph everyone the same way, so your whole team gets one clean, consistent look.

How it works

How a headshot day at your office works

  1. 1

    Email me

Send your team size, your office address and a few dates that work. I will reply with a quote.

  2. 2

    Pick a room

A meeting room or a quiet corner works. We confirm the space and the plan for the day by email.

  3. 3

    I set up on-site

I bring a portable backdrop and lights and set them up in your office before your team arrives.

  4. 4

    Your team steps in

People come in one at a time from a sign-up list, have their photo taken, and go back to their desks.

One consistent look for the whole team

Most team pages are a patchwork: a cropped wedding photo here, a selfie in a car there, a ten-year-old portrait from a different job. Each one might be fine on its own, but side by side they make a company look scattered.

When everyone is photographed on the same day, against the same backdrop, with the same light and the same framing, the page suddenly looks like a team. That is what I set up in your office.

The same care goes into every face. I have spent years photographing weddings and families of every culture and skin tone, and I light people so they look like themselves: true colour, natural skin, never grey or washed out. Glasses, turbans, hijabs and beards are all welcome. Wear what you wear every day.

Where your headshots get used

Your website

A team or "About us" page where every face matches.

LinkedIn

A clear, friendly profile photo for every person.

Badges and directories

ID badges, email signatures and internal staff pages.

Proposals and bios

Pitch decks, speaker bios, press releases and conference programs.

What you'll need to arrange

  • A room for the day. A meeting room or a quiet corner usually works, and we confirm the details by email first.
  • A sign-up list, so people know when to come in and nobody waits around.
  • A quick note to your team about what to wear. I can send you one to forward.

Getting a quote

Every team is different, so I quote each one. Send me three things:

  • How many people need a headshot
  • Your office address
  • A few dates that work for you

Corporate Headshots: FAQ

Yes. I come to your office in Edmonton and bring a portable backdrop and lights, so your team doesn't have to travel anywhere. People step out for their turn and go right back to work.

Yes, that is the whole point. Everyone is photographed against the same backdrop, with the same lighting and the same framing, so your team page, LinkedIn profiles and badges all look like they belong together.

Every team is different, so I quote each one. Email me your team size, your office address and a few dates that work, and I will send you a quote.

Solid colours work best. Avoid tiny patterns and thin stripes, and agree on one level of formality for the whole team, so nobody ends up in a suit next to someone in a hoodie. I am happy to send a short what-to-wear note you can forward to your staff.

Of course. Wear what you wear every day. Your headshot should look like you on a normal workday, and I light every person so they look like themselves.
